If Reservation Deposit is not received within ten days of the reservation creation date, reservation will be cancelled and the property will be placed back in the rental rotation as available. Reservation Deposit due date is printed on the front side of the Agreement.)

: (The final balance is due thirty days prior to arrival and consists of the second half of the rental amount, all taxes, any extra charges incurred and the damage deposit. If the balance is not received within thirty days of arrival, the reservation may be cancelled and the property may be placed in the rental rotation as available. If initial reservation creation date is within thirty days of arrival , the entire balance is due immediately. Reservations made less than thirty day prior to arrival require full payment via cashier's check, certified check or money order. We do not accept personal checks upon check-in.)
