Meet Beverly Davison & Claudia "Cee" Touhey, two of the real estate professionals working with First Coast Realty on the Crystal Coast along the Southern Outer Banks.
Beverly is an eastern North Carolina native and would have it no other way! In a place that, after all, boasts the most delicious bar-b-que and most exquisitely beautiful beaches in the nation, you can't really go wrong. Beverly has lived in various parts of eastern North Carolina. She is originally from Greenville and also found herself in Wilson for several years. Beverly also spent the summers of her youth on the Crystal Coast. Ultimately it has been memories of endless, sunny days and the feeling of sand between her toes on the majestic coast that have captivated and captured her. She has returned to the beautiful shores of her childhood and is now a permanent resident of Atlantic Beach. In addition to her love of the Crystal Coast, Beverly also has acquired an uncharacteristic amount of knowledge concerning the properties in the area. She has been an independent investor and worked in real estate acquisition in the area for several years. She is happy to say that she knows more than a healthy amount about this part of the state that she loves to call home.
Cee has been a part-time resident of beautiful Ocracoke Island for her entire life. She won't disclose exactly how many years that implies, but let's just say that she remembers when the ponies were free and the roads were unpaved. Cee has owned and operated the oldest and finest hotel on the island, The Ocracoke Island Inn, since 1990. During this time, she was also responsible for running the dining room, organizing large events on the properties, and constructing, listing, advertising for and selling new, top-of-the-line condominiums. In addition to her responsibilities regarding ownership of the Inn, I am an independent real estate investor and have bought and sold properties on and around the Southern Outer Banks for years. Currently, she is continuing to run the Island Inn, but has also developed a passion for helping others to locate, obtain, and profit from interesting and exciting investment opportunities on the Southern Outer Banks and Crystal Coast areas of North Carolina
