Perfect for a smaller group or single family, this property is one to see! The first level has a game room perfect for the children is complete with Ping Pong table, foosball, Nintendo and board games. The second level features a king master bedroom, a queen bedroom, bedroom with duo bunk & single plus hall bath and laundry. The third level has an open great room with wood burning fireplace and queen sleep sofa, kitchen and dining area, half bath, ocean side sunroom and deck with a hot tub and ocean views.
