Your family can visit the Wright Brothers National Monument, the site of mans first powered flight, The Lost Colony, site of the first English attempt at settlement in the New World or visit one of our many Lighthouses. Located on the third floor, this nicely decorated & newly renovated condo has spectacular views of the ocean & the Wright Brother's Monument. Renovations planned for 2007 will make this quiet wing unit the perfect choice for you! The kitchen will have all new appliances, the baths will be tiled wall to wall & equipped with new sinks & vanities. The bedrooms will have new mattresses & the whole unit will be painted.
This lovely condo offers two bedrooms (1 master with queen & 1 with double & single), 2 full baths, full kitchen, living/dining combo area, covered deck with deck furniture and great ocean & beach views!
Features include central air & heat, dishwasher, microwave, phone, 3 cable televisions (home theater system with DVD & CD player & surround sound, 1 VCR, 2 cable television /DVD combo's that also play CD's, stereo with CD, Playstation 2, extensive video library, books, games, baby equipment (high chair & pac-n-play), 4 ceiling fans, coin operated laundry on premises and charcoal grill. No pets. This is non-smoking unit!
