This home boasts a layout that provides exceptional ocean views from all bedrooms and main living area and has a unique sunken sitting area with built-in seating surrounding a wood burning fireplace. Located on an absolutely beautiful stretch of beach, this home offers the luxury of your own private pool and a hot tub. The ground level offers parking, a private pool, a hot tub and the entry. The mid level provides a living/dining/kitchen area, TV/VCR/DVD/cd/stereo, a sunken sitting area, wood fireplace, ocean views, full bath, laundry and a sun deck. The top level includes four bedrooms, all with great ocean views. There is a master suite with a king bed, a TV/VCR and a full bath; a master suite with a queen bed, TV and a full bath; one bedroom with a bunk and a single bed with a trundle and a TV; one bedroom has 2 doubles and a TV) and 3 full baths. Features of this Outer Banks vacation rental include central air conditioning & heat, a washer & dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a phone, five cable TVs, a stereo, a sun deck, deck and pool furniture, a charcoal grill and great ocean views. The pool is open 5/7 to 10/15. One mature dog is allowed with a $75.00 pet fee. No smoking. This cottage is a Sunday to Sunday weekly rental.
