Kill Devil Hills North Carolina is the largest Outer Banks residential community as well as a Northern Outer Banks vacation hot spot. All Kill Devil Hills government business is managed at the Diane Baum St. Clair Municipal Center. The Kill Devil Hills Tax and Finance Department plans, organizes and directs all financial activities of the town, including tax collections due prior to 2002, the annual budget and annual financial report, investments, purchasing, accounts payable, payroll and related fringe benefits, and the general liability and property insurance programs. Any tax payments for issues after 2002 should be directed to the Dare County tax offices located in the Justice Department on Roanoke Island.
