The Kill Devil Hills Central Cashier is located in the Finance Department at 102 Town Hall Drive, 2nd floor of the Town Hall. Visit the central cashier to make payments for water bills, taxes, privilege licenses, etc. Payments can now be made using the drop box located in a designated parking space at 102 Town Hall Drive (outside the Police Department). Please ensure that payments are enclosed in a sealed envelope (no cash please). Payments dropped after 1:00 p.m. will be processed in the next day's transactions. For detailed information about water service please call the Kill Devil Hills Public Works at 480-4080. Kill Devil Hills North Carolina is the largest Outer Banks residential community as well as a Northern Outer Banks vacation hot spot. All Kill Devil Hills government business is managed at the Diane Baum St. Clair Municipal Center.
