        Outer Banks Blue Realty Services is a family owned and operated vacation rental management, property management and real estate services company operated in Duck, NC. Founded in June, 2005 the basis of the company is competent personalized service by experienced professionals. Today's Outer Banks vacation rental guests wants assurances of service, quality of product, and ease of doing business.
       We are open 7 days per week and have extended reservations department operating hours.   One of the unique operating philosophies of Outer Banks Blue Realty is our "Check-In by Mail" option. Our Outer Banks vacation rentals have keyless entries into the properties and we mail the check-in information to you so you are able to check in on your own terms. No more stopping at the office, or worrying about getting stuck in traffic before the office closes to pick up the keys. You are in control!.
       Our Outer Banks rental guests are met with an arrival package at the property which properly welcomes them to their getaway. Starter supplies of soap, paper products and other items will postpone the inevitable trip to the grocery store for a few hours, and allow you to relax sooner.
      Additional conveniences for our guests include linens as a standard amenity in all Outer Banks Blue vacation rental properties and include sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, face cloths and kitchen linens. You shouldn't have to worry about the extra expense of equipping your Outer Banks vacation rental with linens, given the pricing of today's rental properties. This very attractively furnished home will provide an enjoyable getaway for you and your family. Offers outstanding ocean views with a large oceanfront deck which is great for sunbathers and your own private lighted walkway to the beach. This house is located in the Duck area.
       The mid-level features a great room that has 8' sliding glass doors out to the front porch overlooking the ocean. 43" HDTV, VCR, DVD, Tape/CD/Radio Stereo unit. Wood burning fireplace, ceiling fan, dining room, bedroom with queen, a bedroom with double & single, TV, full bathroom, full kitchen newly installed winter. The top level of this vacation home features a queen bedroom with sink vanity, a bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, sink vanity, full bathroom.
       Extras included in this Duck vacation rental include 2 TVs, DVD/VCR, stereo with CD/cassette, music CDs private lighted walkway to the beach with large sitting area,, screened porch with picnic table, wet bar, books, puzzles, fireplace, Cabana with Shower, Gas grill, 3 table clock radios, porch furniture, separate icemaker.
