Founded in June, 2005 the basis of the company is competent personalized service by experienced professionals. Today's Outer Banks vacation rental guests wants assurances of service, quality of product, and ease of doing business. We are open 7 days per week and have extended reservations department operating hours. One of the unique operating philosophies of Outer Banks Blue Realty is our "Check-In by Mail" option. Our Outer Banks vacation rentals have keyless entries into the properties and we mail the check-in information to you so you are able to check in on your own terms. No more stopping at the office, or worrying about getting stuck in traffic before the office closes to pick up the keys. You are in control!. Our Outer Banks rental guests are met with an arrival package at their property which properly welcomes them to their getaway. Starter supplies of soap, paper products, and other items will postpone the inevitable trip to the grocery store for a few hours, and allow you to relax sooner. Additional conveniences for our guests include linens as a standard amenity in all Outer Banks Blue vacation rental properties and include sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, face cloths and kitchen linens. You shouldn't have to worry about the extra expense of equipping your Outer Banks vacation rental with linens, given the pricing of today's rental properties. This house is located in Seatern in the Duck area. Parking for five cars. The top level of this vacation home features two bedrooms with queens, full bath and a laundry. The middle level has a great room, kitchen, dining, queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twins and a full bath. The ground level of this Outer Banks Vacation rental has a hot tub on the soundside. Extras in this Duck vacation rental include 5 TV's, 3 DVD's, 4 VCR's, Gas grill, high chair, baby gate, Pac N Play, Covered pier out over the sound with it's own fish cleaning table. (Upon making your reservation, a lease will be sent requesting your advance payment, which amounts to 50% of your rent plus 6.5% Trip Insurance coverage (optional), and an admistrative fee of $75. We must receive a signed lease agreement and this payment within 10 days of the date you made your reservation. If you DO NOT wish to purchase Trip Insurance coverage, you may delete the charge by initialing where indicated on the front of the lease and excluding the insurance premium in your initial payment.
