108 Budleigh is a picturesque location for your Outer Banks wedding event. High ceilings and antique accent furniture throughout, gives 108 Budleigh an elegance that is unique to the Outer Banks. There are two levels, at 108 Budleigh. The first level has two main rooms with two street entries with foyers. There is a fully equipped catering kitchen for your Outer Banks caterer, and a reset bar room. Our antique-appointed hall features two adjoining rooms allowing plenty of space for bands, dancing and catering stations galore. Outside there is a lovely shaded patio with a fountain and comfortable seating.
The large central room allows access to the second level by way a of regal stairway with wrought iron railings. The main upstairs room has a second reset barroom and overlooks the main lower level room. There is ample space for catering stations, mingling or dining. Off of the main upper room is a spacious private dressing area. Additionally there is a sitting room off of the main room with comfortable seating for more intimate moments.
