"Our mission at Pirate's Cove is to focus on the highest quality of customer service a World Class Marina can provide. We are here to make your stay more enjoyable as any boating resort community can be. Our goal is for Pirate's Cove Marina to be your number one destination along the entire East Coast. Pirate's Cove in the Outer Banks boasts a protected, deep water, full service marina consisting of 179 slips and a charter dock of 24 sportfish boats, which ranks as one of the world's finest and most experienced.
The depth within the basin at mean low tide is between 7' and 8', with a tide of only about 1'. We have a fuel dock for gas and diesel, but almost all of the boats can fuel right in their slips from mid-fueling stations strategically placed along our docks.
Pirate's Cove Marina is approximately ten miles inside and north of Oregon Inlet via a deepwater, well marked channel. The fixed bridge clearance of the Manteo/Nags Head causeway is 60' at mean high tide. Dockage rates include water, electric, and cable. Internet access is also available in our shipstore. Our staff includes a dock crew who works tirelessly all season long to provide transients, charter captains, and slip owners with fuel, bait, ice, or anything else they may need.
Pirate's Cove Marina offers many amenities that will make your stay a more enjoyable one. Dining - Hurricane Mo's an exceptional Outer Banks seafood restaurant and raw bar with a fantastic view overlooking the marina.
On the Property - This includes a private lounge, saunas, showers, outdoor Jacuzzi, large swimming pool, kiddy pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, play ground, and a state of the art fitness center.
Off the Docks - Laundry facilities and showers, private fish cleaning houses, and over 6 Big Game Tournaments held annually. Courtesy van available during operation hours.
Pirate's Cove Marina is the home of the World's finest and most experienced charter fleet. Nineteen boats are available for Gulf Stream charter; four boats accommodate nearshore fishing trips, and 1 boat is for Inlet only, 4 people maximum. All other boats are based on a maximum of six people.
Make-up parties may be right up your alley if you have a smaller group. The make-up system is available for all types of charters.
