The Outer Banks vacation condo at Sea Oats Villas is located at 1401 North Virginia Dare Trail in Kill Devil Hills North Carolina, in the Sea Oats Villas unit 1A. This vacation spot has ocean views and much more. The bedding in this Outer Banks rental condo consists of 1 queen bed, 2 single beds. There is a balcony with porch furniture & a view of the ocean. The master bedroom suite also provides and ocean view and private entry to the deck. Additional amenities include central heating & air, telephone, ceiling fans, color TV & VCR, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher & microwave is also featured. There are outside showers and a washer & dryer on the ground floor level. A community swimming pool on the ocean side and is located between the building and the beach. This unit is within walking distance to restaurants and close to shopping & family attractions.Complex pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. NO PETS, Saturday Turnover, MP 7 1/2, ID 7460 Linen rental available. Bedding Pkg. $60, Bath Pkg. $60, Full Pkg. $110-not including tax.
